3.1 PPV provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the website will be error free, meet any performance or reliability standards or that it will operate perfectly with any system, software or application. Also, although we have technical and organisational measures in place, we cannot guarantee that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of PPV are free of viruses or other harmful components.

4.1 Please note that the design of our website is the result of our own efforts and work. The logo was also created specifically for PPV and cannot be reproduced or used by any third party, for any purpose, unless a written authorisation has been provided by us. It is the property of PPV, who reserves the full ownership rights.
4.2 Violations of this provision shall lead to legal actions, including compensation claims.
b. Of others
4.3 All of the media used on our website is part of “royalty free” images. Nonetheless, all images were also further edited for the visual harmonisation with the theme, aesthetics and concept behind PPV. This means we made sure no copyright infringements occur. In the exceptional case you believe such an incident has taken place, please let us know.

5.2 As a result, you further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
5.3 Furthermore, for any of the activity you may have via a third party website, we do encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy notices of those websites. They are separate entities and our documentation is not joint.

7.1 This website serves as a presentation of PPV’s services and may not be used for a different purpose. Any attempt to change its purpose without authorisation will result in legal actions.
7.2 It is prohibited to refer to this website for any illegal purposes or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
7.3 At the same time, it is not accepted to alter or modify any intellectual property of PPV or to violate its security systems or its servers.
8. Governing Law
8.1 The laws of Romania, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service.
8.2 However, as stated in section 2, due to the legislation applicable in your country of origin/residency, additional laws may be applicable (local, state, national, or international laws).

9.1 If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

10.1 We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
